By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4.2 Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan you select). All payments are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, subject to their respective terms and policies.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
4.4 Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you in advance of any price changes, and your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are and will remain the exclusive property of Astromodus and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the Service.
6. User Content
If you submit any content to the Service (such as feedback, reviews, or messages), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astromodus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services and websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
