You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not: violate any law; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer the Service; use bots or scrapers; transmit malicious code; or impersonate others.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. You may cancel at any time through your app store account. No refunds for partial periods except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Astromodus. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
6. Astrological Disclaimer
All astrological content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or usefulness of any astrological interpretations.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astromodus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via app settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
